It is your responsibility to ensure that all Cargo is securely packed, labeled according to international regulations, and properly prepared for ocean transport.

You must arrange for customs clearance at both the origin and destination ports. Any delays or costs incurred due to customs issues are your responsibility.

You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other fees related to your Cargo as required by relevant authorities.

Our liability for loss or damage to Cargo is governed by international conventions related to ocean freight, including the Hague-Visby Rules, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the transportation of your Cargo.

5.1 Commercially Reasonable Efforts
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your Cargo on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors, including:
