Refurbished 40ft Container with side door

These two refurbished 40ft DV containers were custom-built at our Manchester depot. Starting with wind and watertight 40ft used containers, we’ve added two extra cargo doors on the sides of each unit, and finished them with a smart RAL7016 grey repaint for a clean, modern look. Each container now features 3 sets of cargo doors, all equipped with lockboxes for added security.

Although these containers share a similar design, they have slight differences to suit various configurations. You can see the layout variations in the container plan provided. We designed these containers with versatility in mind:

• Option 1: Place the two containers facing each other, creating a wide space in the middle for easier access.
• Option 2: Combine both containers to form a long 80ft unit, using the end walls of each as a central partition.
• Option 3: Use them individually, providing multiple entry points for easy access to stored items.

These containers are ideal for storing pallets, bulky items, or heavy machinery, with easy access from all door sets.

Container Layouts:

• Container 1: Has 1 set of 8ft side doors 9ft from the door end (RHS) and another set 6ft in from the front end (RHS).
• Container 2: Has 1 set of 8ft side doors 9ft from the door end (LHS) and another set 6ft in from the front end (LHS).
